Upon realising that they were not receiving adequate services from their unions, members have either formed new unions or joined others. With new formations looming on the horizon, such as the United Front or Movement of Socialism as proposed by the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa) does this signal the end of the old order and the coming into being of the new?
