Collapse of Printing Industrial Council

In the last edition of Labour Bulletin we published a confidential document circulated by employers in the printing industry. The document outlined strategies for blocking the Paper, Printing, Wood and Allied Workers Union (PPWAWU) from joining the industrial council.
