Contesting the transition COSATU since the democratic elections

Karl Gostner argues that, rather than cling to empty socialist rhetoric, COSATU needs to formulate a programme of radical reform which makes use of the space created by democracy and develop proposals for change that rest on an analysis of existing conditions.
