Youth wage subsidy -3

The National Council of Trade Unions (Nactu) added its voice on the proposed youth wage subsidy. Nactu president Joseph Maqhekheni warned that the corrupt were lurking in the shadows to feed on the subsidy, and for this reason the policy should be scrutinised.
