Unlocking Labour Laws: Important New Labour Bills

There are three amendment bills: Basic Conditions of Employment Amendment Bill, Labour Relations Amendment Bill and Employment Equity Amendment Bill and a new bill for a new law, the Employment Services Bill, all published in December 2010.This article discusses the changes and discusses whether the changes will be good or bad for labour.
